Some diagnoses that this group may be effective for could include: OCD, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, autism, among others.

For those of us who may be feeling burned out by life, parenthood, work, family, illness, or any other domain. Learn skills necessary to identify stressors, promote resilience, and recharge your emotional batteries.
This one is just for moms. A group designed as a safe space for moms to talk about all things mom. Discussions include everything from midnight feedings, going back to work after maternity leave or 30 years, carving out time for yourself, to regaining an identify beyond "mom".
