Fertility Support

Struggling to get pregnant can feel isolating, overwhelming, and emotionally exhausting. Our virtual fertility therapy group offers a safe, supportive space to share your experience, reduce stress, and connect with others who truly understand. Guided by a licensed therapist, this group focuses on emotional resilience, coping strategies, and building hope—no matter where you are on your fertility journey.

Adult DBT Skills

DBT Skills group for adults. Learn: Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. For adults who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, have a history of trauma, chaotic relationships, impulsive behaviors, and may feel empty. 

Teen DBT Skills

DBT Skills group for teens. Learn: Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. For teens who have have a history of trauma, chaotic relationships, impulsive behaviors, rapidly shifting emotions, difficulty with authority, are isolating, and may feel empty. 

DBT for Kids

DBT Skills group for kids. Learn: Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. For kids who argue, talk back, are aggressive, defiant, avoid challenges, chores, and take out their emotions on self or others. They will learn skills to help them be the boss of their feelings and behaviors. 

Parenting Skills

DBT Skills specifically designed for parents. Learn how to create a change ready environment, respond to problem behavior, encourage effective behavior, and learn why your child may be doing what they're doing. 

Couples DBT Skills

DBT Skills specifically designed for couples. Learn how to create a change ready environment, respond to problem behavior, encourage effective behavior, and learn why your child may be doing what they're doing. 

Open DBT Program

Skills specifically for individuals who tend to be over controlled. Learn how to create meaningful connections with others while authentically expressing yourself. Those who may benefit from this group may have perfectionistic tendencies, fear of failure, be rigid, feel as if they must do the "right thing" or have a difficult time stepping a social demands even though sticking with the social demands may be harmful in some way. Some diagnoses that this group may be effective for could include: OCD, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, autism, among others.

Social Skills for Kids

Designed for children and adolescents. A safe space to learn and practice social skills while also getting feedback. 

Beat Stress & Burnout

For those of us who may be feeling burned out by life, parenthood, work, family, illness, or any other domain. Learn skills necessary to identify stressors, promote resilience, and recharge your emotional batteries. 

Motherhood Support

This one is just for moms. A group designed as a safe space for moms to talk about all things mom. Discussions include everything from midnight feedings, going back to work after maternity leave or 30 years, carving out time for yourself,  to regaining an identify beyond "mom".

All of our groups require an intake and may require an existing therapist for individual therapy. There may be exceptions to this. Please contact us if you'd like to learn more.
